DELIVERY
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our exprense.
We make every effort to dispatch your order within 24 hours. If there is a delay in dispatching your order we contact you via email or telephone advising you of the delay. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.
Delivery times are determined by Australia Post and are affected by weekends and public holidays.
It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn that an order has not arrived we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
REFUND POLICY
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discression. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our address in its original undamaged condition.
